I am an Electric Guitar artist offering Carnatic music concerts. I started my music career in the school days. The sound of Electric Guitar attracted me. Initially I learnt Western Classical music and received a music certificate from the Trinity College of Music, London. Later I was attracted to Carnatic music and started learning under my uncle S. Balasubramanium, a senior disciple of the great maestro G. N. Balasubramaniyan and then from Kalaimamani Kumari A. Kanyakumari.
I've a Master's Degree in Economic and a B.Ed. degree. I was working as a teacher in a matriculation school. Then I resigned my job as I was unable to concentrate on music. Apart from concerts I'm also conducting Guitar, Mandolin, Keyboard and Vocal classes. Now I'm working as a music teacher in Sivan Arts Academy, Mylapore, Chennai, which is run by Mrs. Rukmini Ramani, daughter of the late Sangeetha Kalanidhi Papanasam Sivan.

- Thyagabrahma Gana Sabha, Chennai, during the annual December music festival from 1996.
- Shri Sai Samaj, Chennai, during Navaratri festival from 2000.
- Shri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha, Chennai, during the December festival from 2001.
- Numbambakkam Cultural Academy, Chennai, from 2003.
- Karpaka Vinayakar Temple, Chennai, during Navaratri festival from 2005.
With the blessing of my hon'ble Guru, I've done between 600 to 700 concerts at temples in and outside Chennai, besides on auspicious occasions like marriage receptions, upanayanams, get-together, conferences etc.
